TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I agree to purchase from Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. the seminar services offered as stipulated on this Agreement. I hereby acknowledge and agree that I have read and understood all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, and I agree that this Agreement together with these Terms and Conditions form a contract between myself and Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center, Inc.
 
COOLING OFF PERIOD: This Agreement shall be voided if I advise Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. in writing, within five (5) working days (“Cooling Off Period”) of signing this Agreement that I no longer wish to receive the seminar services, by delivering or sending (including by electronic mail) a written cancellation notice to  [email protected] have received acknowledgement of receipt of my cancellation by Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center, Inc.Should I wish to cancel within the 5-Day Cooling Off Period, I will be refunded 100% of the monies of which I have paid to Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. under this Agreement within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of such cancellation notice. I will also be required to return any products or merchandise provided to me at the event upon my payment. This will need to be returned to Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. via Credit Card at my own cost and in its original condition and packaging or I will be billed accordingly for the products or merchandise prior to any refunds being done to me. No refund will be applicable or payable after the end of the 5-Day Cooling Off Period. Should the seminar service I am applying for occur within the 5-Day Cooling Off Period then this 5-Day Cooling Off Period and/or ‘cancellation window’ will not apply and no refunds of any monies paid will be applicable. I will however be allowed to transfer my attendance to the next seminar service should it be available.
 
INSTALLMENTS: I may request to pay in installments and I acknowledge that should my request be approved, an additional fee may be incurred over and above the amount owing. All payments will be made without set off, deduction or counterclaim unless otherwise agreed upon with Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc.. Should I not pay to Advanced
Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. an installment sum by the Installment Payment Date as agreed, then all monies owing by me to Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center, Inc. shall become due and owing, and must immediately be paid to Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. without set off or deduction or counterclaim and without need for further
demand. 

REFUNDS: I will not be entitled to and I will not claim a refund after the end of the Cooling Off Period. In addition to, and for the avoidance of doubt, Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. shall not refund any sums to me as a result of my late arrival to, non-attendance of, or withdrawal from the seminar services for any reason whatsoever, outside of the 5-Day Cooling Off Period.

TRANSFERRING TICKETS TO A THIRD PERSON: In the event that I am unable to attend the course I have booked and paid for, I can transfer my course to a nominated new attendee, subject to written notification sent to Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. and approved by Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc with the full contact details of my
nominated new attendee. Should I be paying in installments for the course as purchased and stipulated overleaf, I will still be liable for the remaining installments unless I provide Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Income. with a completed Agreement signed by my nominated attendee, including new banking or credit card details. This must be done at least ten (10) working days before the event starts. 

TRANSFERRING ATTENDANCE TO AN ALTERNATIVE DATE: I understand that I will be allowed to transfer myself to the next run of the course that I have booked for (should there be another one), should I be unable to attend the dates as stipulated in this Agreement. I also understand that such transfer to the next seminar dates can only occur ONCE. Should I wish to transfer my attendance again thereafter, I understand that I will be liable for an administration fee of $100 for every such transfer.

CANCELLATIONS: I understand that Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. may cancel the seminar services for any reason whatsoever by providing me with written notice. I hereby agree that in the event that the seminar services are cancelled by Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. I am entitled to a full refund of only the monies which I have made to
Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. free of any interest fees and/or charges. I hereby agree that I will not be entitled to claim against Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. for any other costs, travel or and/or accommodation expenses, losses, damages or liabilities which I may have incurred or suffered as a result of such a cancellation. I further acknowledge that Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. shall have no further liability to me in respect to the cancellation. 

CREDIT CHECK: I hereby consent to Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc. transmitting my details to credit bureaus of how I and my company / closed corporation have performed in meeting the obligations in terms of this agreement and in the event that I fail to meet my obligations, may record my non-performance with the applicable credit bureau. I agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement mutatis mutandis.
