I acknowledge that in attending the Prosperity Course held March 31, April 1 and 2, 2022 online Via ZOOM, with Ceil Stanford, Jeff Crippen, and Raul Rivera, I understand the information provided is designed to provide general information regarding the subject matter covered. Because each individual’s legal, tax and financial situation is different, specific advice should be tailored to their particular circumstances. For this reason, I understand I should consult with my own attorney, CPA and/or other financial advisors regarding my specific situation. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center, Inc. and its employees or any other person against loss, bodily injury, or expense, including attorney’s fees.

I understand that Ceil Stanford & Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center, Inc.  has taken reasonable precautions in the preparation of this material and believes that the information presented in this program is accurate as of the date it was provided. However, Ceil Stanford and Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions.  Ceil Stanford and Advanced Coaching and Leadership, Inc. specifically disclaims any liability resulting from the use or application of the information contained in this program.

Agreement with Participant in a Photograph or Recording

I, the undersigned, have participated or will participate in the creation of a photograph, audio/ audiovisual recording. I understand that all or part of the recording may be used (a) in marketing materials for Ceil Stanford and Advanced Coaching and Leadership Inc. and associated Companies or its products; Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center Inc., Knowledgism website, or otherwise published or broadcast to the public, and /or (c) as part of and/or advertising for commercial products

I hereby give Ceil Stanford and all entities acting with its permission or upon its authority, the absolute right and unrestricted permission to: use my name, voice, likeness and/or presentation, in, and in connection with, the recordings (and any and all portions and derivatives thereof), and to use, copy, sell or otherwise distribute such recordings (and any and all portions and derivatives thereof) in any and all forms and media, and waive any right that I might have to approve the recordings and uses thereof. I also assign to Ceil Stanford any rights (e.g. copyrights) that I might have in the recording (in any and all forms and media), and/or my contribution to the recording.

I understand that I will not be compensated in any way, beyond being a participant in the creation of, and perhaps identified in the recording, and that Ceil Stanford and Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center, Inc. is relying upon, and would not have gone to the expense of creating the recording in the absence of, this Agreement.
